Southern Maryland Early Learning Center is proudly owned and operated by Ivette Leftridge, Founder and Owner Operator .

Ivette is a hands on leader committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and high quality early learning environment for children and families in the Waldorf Maryland community. She is actively involved in the center’s vision, program development, daily operations, and family engagement to ensure each child receives personalized care and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Ivette’s Mission is to build a center rooted in trust, educational excellence, and meaningful community partnerships.
